RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Here at Pree Brulee, we believe in making shopping a wonderful and fulfilling experience. And your business is very important to us and we will gladly accept returns and offer exchanges strictly within 15 days of purchase for US orders. Please note that returns/exchanges are not accepted for international orders.   

We do not technically do exchanges because we cannot guarantee that an item/size will be available by the time we receive your return. Although we can put a hold on an item if it is available for up to a week. We recommend placing a new order for any item you want with a store credit which will be provided to you. 

RETURNS

  • All Returns & Exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted on sale items, items bought under special discount codes or any gift codes or gift offers, pre-order items, home goods including journals, & jewelry including earrings (due to health concerns we cannot resell them, even if they were unworn). Returns and exchanges must be sent within 15 days of receipt and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Refunds will include the amount paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
  • Returns & Exchanges that don't meet our Return Criteria, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, store credit, 20%-50% restocking fee, or denial.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
